Are the products microwave safe?

No. Stainless steel is not microwave safe and should never be used in a microwave.

Can the dinnerware be used over open flame?

Yes. Our stainless steel pieces are safe for open flame use, making them suitable for direct heating and professional kitchen settings.

Will the finish scratch or fade over time?

Our frosted and brushed finishes are designed for daily use. Minor surface marks may develop over time and are considered a natural patina that adds character without affecting performance.

Is stainless steel hygienic?

Yes. Stainless steel is non-porous, naturally resistant to mold and bacteria, and does not retain odors or flavors.

How do I clean and maintain my dinnerware?

Do you accept returns?
